Vasant Panchami was celebrated in the premises of Lalita Public School and Chetna Kids Paradise on 01st February 2017 ( Wednesday ). The programme was conducted during the assembly by the students and the teachers. The programme began with garlanding and worshiping the idol of Maa Saraswati by the Director Mrs Chetna Tank and Principal Mrs Vinisha Menon. Students enunciated the importance of the day, followed by the song “Maa Saraswati – Maa Bhagwati†School Director conducted the special Saraswati Pooja for the students of class IX and X. Students learnt about the importance of showing respect to books as they are repositories of wisdom and knowledge
